Torbay’s Specialist Stop Smoking Service, delivered by ABL Health Ltd. can assist with information about smoking and vaping, and can support Torbay residents aged 16+ to stop smoking. In exceptional circumstances, they can provide support to young people under this age to stop smoking. More generally, the Service can provide advice and guidance on smoking.
